How do I place an order?
You may order by email or phone.

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping and handling charges within the continental USA are $7.50. For shipment to other countries, please contact us for rates.

How can I pay?
Currently we accept PayPal, money orders and cash on delivery. Personal checks are also accepted, but subject to a 10-day waiting period.

When do I pay?
You will receive an order confirmation within 7 days. Please check this carefully for any errors and submit your payment if you choose the pre-payment option. If you choose the cash on delivery option, we will send a message to you when we ship your bag so you'll be ready to accept the package.

When will I receive my order?
Your bag will be custom made and shipped within 2-4 weeks, depending on our production schedule. If we anticipate it could take longer, we'll contact you first to make sure the new delivery date is acceptable.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Since all Strawberry Girl handbags are custom made, orders are considered final sales and cannot be canceled once placed.

Can I get a fabric swatch?

I need a handbag for a specific date - do you do rush orders?
